Just in case you thought that your high vis makes a difference in how much space you get on the road: link
I know that when I head out in normal clothes (or when I'm styling it up) I get a lot more space from motorists.
It's even an argument against helmets, that if you're wearing one, drivers generally won't allow you as much space, so you're more likely to get hit.
